Hands-on labs and skill verification
Mentor-supported progression
Ongoing communication and support
Your involvement supports learner engagement and ensures steady progress throughout the program.
The program operates as a continuous cycle within your operations, guiding learners from enrollment through onboarding, skill development, and certification. Learners begin by establishing a baseline, then progress through guided development while their skills are tracked and mentor-verified along the way. As learners graduate, their seats are filled with new participants of your choosing, allowing the cycle to continue and building skill capacity across your team over time.
For a more detailed overview of how the program operates, watch the video below.
The program is designed with built-in structured support, guided learning, and ongoing communication with each learner. Your role is to stay aware of progress and reinforce engagement as learners build and demonstrate their skills.
Each learner should be paired with a mentor who can answer questions, observe their work, and verify skill development. The most effective mentors are closely connected to the learner’s day-to-day work and can provide timely guidance as skills are developed and demonstrated.
Learners receive ongoing communication and support throughout the program as they build and demonstrate their skills. Staying aware of their progress and keeping in touch with your account manager helps ensure learners remain aligned and continue progressing successfully.
Consistent encouragement helps learners stay motivated and committed as they move through the program. Simple check-ins and conversations can reinforce progress, maintain momentum, and show that their development is valued.
The mentor works directly with the learner to guide skill development and verify progress throughout the program.
